Meet Our Team
For 20 years I have worked with energy alignment practices for myself, and as a Reiki practitioner/teacher; a teacher of Qigong movement; and by providing chakra clearing and balancing. In working with groups or in 1:1 individual sessions, I have found energy practices help people to embody healing and open to new levels of fulfillment and whole person wellness. Much of what takes place energetically within us happens through the intentions of our heart and mind. This, along with the gentle movement of qigong, weaving in breath, visualization, calm and relaxation, all create renewed vitality and resilience within.
