Suzanne Accardo
Owner
Suzanne is the owner and director of The Yoga Place. She is a registered member of Yoga Alliance, holds a 500 hour Yoga teacher certification from Yoga Life Institute, an additional 200 hours of Yoga Therapy Training and is a certified Life Coach with the International Coach Academy (ICA). Suzanne graduated from Boston University with a Master’s Degree in Education. Classically trained in yoga, she enjoys sharing the healing benefits of yoga with students and clients.
Ricarda Alleman
Yoga Instructor
I have been in the fitness industry for 30+ years from teaching group fitness classes, personal training and club management. I am a certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness instructor, 200 hr. YTT.
I continue to learn and absorb as much information as possible and enjoy helping others through their fitness and healthy life journey. I am grateful for the opportunity to teach and share fitness with others.
I enjoy hiking, biking and traveling with my husband and reading in my quiet time.
Lynn Keisel
Yoga Instructor
I have been practicing Yoga since 2005 and teaching at The Yoga Place since 2012. I received my Yoga Teacher Certification through the Yoga Life Institute. I enjoy teaching Hatha and Sun Salutations classes. My students focus on strength, flexibility and breathing. Options and modifications are offered in every class.
I hold a Bachelor’s of Science degree from Bloomsburg University, a Master’s degree in Special Education from Millersville University and a Supervisory Special Education Certification from Penn State. I have been working in the field of Special Education for my entire professional career. Coming to my Yoga mat, whether teacher or practicing, helps me fine peace within myself.
Eileen Crone
Yoga Instructor
Eileen Wieder Crone, ERYT500 has been teaching yoga since 2006 and in her hometown of Lititz, PA, at Harrisburg Area Community College in Lancaster and Harrisburg. She became registered through YogaFit and then furthered her studies in yoga and ayurveda at Himalayan Institute in Honesdale, PA. After years of practicing and teaching ashtanga power yoga and vinyasa yoga, she is starting to "tame it down" and learn to balance flowing yoga with yin and restorative yoga. Eileen enjoys using Sanskrit to name poses and will likely include tidbits of nutrition, fitness and hiking in her user-friendly classes.
Qiqi Zhou Das
Yoga Instructor
QiQi Zhou Das is an E-RYT 500, YACEP, a mother, and a passionate yoga teacher who shares her rich profound knowledge through her teaching. Her precise instructions on alignment, her rich philosophical teachings, and her sense of humor has attracted many to her class. QiQi has over two decades of teaching experience.
Tamra Fisher
Yoga Instructor
Tamra has been practicing Yoga since 2007. She completed her 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2017 at Shri Yoga and Wellness Center in West Reading, PA and is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance. She studied to become a 500 RYT at YogaLife Institute in Wayne, PA. She is also a RCYT receiving training at YogaEd. Tamra also has training in Trauma Informed Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and Vinyasa Yoga.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Albright College and a Master of Business Administration degree from Alvernia University. She works in marketing and is also an avid runner.
Tamra enjoys coming to her mat, either teaching or practicing, to find stillness and peace in her busy life. Her goal as a teacher is to help students connect with their mind, body and breath to find peace and light in the present moment.
Kim Gockley
Yoga Instructor
Kim is a yoga teacher, yoga therapist, and life coach. In her classes, Kim provides a safe and comfortable atmosphere for mindful movement, keen body awareness, and discovery. Kim loves to teach the mind body connection and its practical application beyond the mat.
Kim specializes in helping people recover from injuries, manage chronic illness or pain, and how to practice wellness in a joyful way. Kim has a gentle, knowledgeable, and unique approach for helping clients by blending the teachings of yoga, mindfulness and life coaching. Outside of her yoga and wellness practice, Kim is a part time pediatric specialty home care nurse. In her free time, she enjoys reading, hiking, traveling, and spending time with her husband and three children.
Kami Kiritsis
Yoga Instructor
Kami Kiritsis is a passionate and experienced yoga instructor with a deep love for nature and wellness. Her teaching style is mindful and grounding, designed to help students explore all possible movements and mechanics of the physical body while achieving inner peace. In addition to teaching traditional yoga, Kami also owns a SUP business guiding Yoga classes on the water and nature-inspired sessions, providing a holistic approach to well-being.
When she’s not teaching, Kami can be found exploring nature with her beagle Lady. Her goal is to inspire others to break out of their comfort zone and explore all the world has to offer, both on and off the mat.
Holly Lee
Yoga Instructor
I will forever be a student of yoga. It is my joy to share my passion of the mind-body-spirit journey. My knowledge and practice of yoga has expanded over 18 years, obtaining my Yoga Teacher Certification in 2005. I am an artist and have dedicated my life to my craft as a studio jeweler. I approach each class I teach with the creative mind and spirit of an artist. I look forward to seeing you in one of my classes.
Bernadette Sheaffer
Trainer/ Fitness Instructor
Bernadette Sheaffer has been a trainer and fitness instructor for the past ten years. She is certified as a Corrective Exercise and Senior Fitness Specialist, and a Les Mills, Barre Above and Pilates Instructor.
She enjoys working with individuals as well as small groups to help them achieve their fitness goals by creating workouts specifically designed around their needs. She joined the Yoga studio staff in 2020 as a Flexible Strength coach and recently added a Pilates class. You can find her instructing on Tuesday and Thursday evenings.
Bernadette is a PTA with Drevna Hudson Physical Therapy in Lancaster, which affords her an additional level of knowledge and expertise in dealing with individual personal training needs. She is also an avid runner, and you will often find her running on the WERT or around town and the surrounding countryside
Rachel Stine
Yoga Instructor
Rachel started her yoga journey in college where she quickly fell in love with the physical practice. In 2010, Rachel lost her brother to a drunk driver and she delved deeper into the practice of yoga; both physically, mentally, and emotionally. She completed her 200 hour certification in the Pocono's in 2010. In 2017, she completed her 500 hour teacher training at Kripalu in Massachusetts. Rachel also holds her BS in early childhood, elementary, and special education from East Stroudsburg University. She is currently working towards her masters in education. She loves working with children of all ages and introducing them to yoga. Rachel holds additional yoga certifications in Prenatal, kids, yin, restorative, meditation, Kripalu vinyasa, and is a reiki master. She is also a Thai massage therapist.
In addition to teaching, Rachel loves to learn and has studied with Kino MacGregor, Seane Corn, Tao Porchon-Lynch, Jason Crandell, Tymi Howard, Michelle Dalbec, Sudhir Jonathan Faust, Coby Kozlowski, and Sudha Carolyn Lee. When Rachel’s not only her mat, you can find her
spending time with her husband, two daughters, one son, and two dogs. They enjoy hiking, exploring, and traveling.
