Not sure meditation is for you or even uncertain if you can meditate?  Private sessions, either in person or on zoom, are available with Suzanne.   Make your meditation specific to your values, needs and goals. Zoom Classes

 Our online classes are live but you will also receive a recording to use later at a more convenient time. No need to leave your home, no traffic to deal with and you can even take us on vacation with you.   We have online classes through zoom on Tuesday evenings at 6:15 PM and Thursday mornings at 9 am.

In Person Classes

Our classes are small and very supportive.  At this time we meet in person on Tuesday evenings

6:15 - 7:15 PM

Class includes a lesson followed by a guided meditation. ​
