The Yoga Place was established in 2005 with a mission to offer yoga classes in a peaceful studio setting. Our approach is universal. Yoga should be for anyone seeking to improve physical, psychological and spiritual well-being. From the moment you step through the front door, you will feel the tranquil, calm energy of our peaceful studio. We have two beautiful rooms that are quiet, warm, and softly lit. We provide props such as blocks, blankets, straps, bolsters, and other aids to help you ease into your practice. Yoga mats are also available to borrow or purchase. We offer private yoga classes for those looking for one-on-one attention, yoga therapy for those with chronic pain, and special events and workshops. You can also browse our store which contains a unique selection of books, CD’s, DVD’s, yoga props, neti pots, jewelry and other exclusive gifts.

Suzanne Accardo is the owner and director of The Yoga Place. She is a registered member of Yoga Alliance, holds a 500 hour Yoga teacher certification from Yoga Life Institute, Wayne, Pa. and is a certified Life Coach with the International Coach Academy (ICA). Suzanne graduated from Boston University with a Master’s Degree in Education and has worked as a Family Life Educator. Suzanne is extremely passionate about the benefits of both yoga and life coaching and enjoys guiding others to discover “who they were meant to be”.
