suzanne  Suzanne Accardo – Suzanne is the owner and director of The Yoga Place. She is a registered member of Yoga Alliance, holds a 500 hour Yoga teacher certification from Yoga Life Institute, an additional 200 hours of Yoga Therapy Training and is a certified Life Coach with the International Coach Academy (ICA). Suzanne graduated from Boston University with a Master’s Degree in Education.  Classically trained in yoga,  she enjoys sharing the healing benefits of yoga with students and clients.

Kathy (2)  Kathy Brubaker - Kathy began learning Qigong and Tai chi in 2010.  Her desire to bring these practices to the local community led her to study at the Institute of Integral Qigong and Tai Chi where she earned her certification to teach Integral Qigong and Tai Chi and Tai Chi Easy in November 2012. She also earned her certificate to teach Therapeutic Qigong from the New England School of Tai Chi in Massachusetts in 2013.  And she is certified to teach yoga by the Yoga Life Institute. Kathy’s passion is her desire to help people learn about and experience the healing powers of the body, physically, mentally and emotionally, through the practices of Qigong and Tai Chi.

Kim G  Kim Gockley is a registered nurse and a registered yoga teacher (RYT-500) with the Yoga Alliance. She is currently pursuing a certification in comprehensive yoga therapy. Kim has worked as a nurse in the school setting for the past nine years and has been teaching yoga in both traditional and special needs classrooms for the past 6 years. In addition to working with children with anxiety and attention challenges, Kim has a passion for helping all ages to find wellness and healing through yoga therapy. Kim specializes in helping individuals recover from injuries, manage chronic illness or pain, or learn how to navigate life’s challenges. Kim has a calm and compassionate approach to whole-person health, and she is dedicated to working with you to find a comfortable balance between traditional western medicine and the therapeutic yogic path.
