There are no refunds for missed classes. Missed classes may be carried into the next session only if a new session is purchased. Missed classes may not be shared with others.

Hatha yoga for Teens taught by a teen! Join Chris Accardo for an easy to follow Hatha yoga class that will improve your strength, flexibility, and balance. Discover relaxing and calming techniques that work with the mind to reduce anxiety and stress. No previous yoga experience is required.
Beginning April 3; Thursdays 7:30-8:45 pm.
(please note a Hatha class is available at the same time in Studio A if parents would like to attend a class also).
Cost: $5 per class.
Meditation is an essential tool for dealing with anxiety and has
proven extremely effective in reducing and eliminating anxiety and
panic attacks. In this workshop, learn how you can develop your own
meditation practice in order to find peace and move forward in your
life. Cindy Frontz has been studying and practicing meditation for
over 12 years and has helped many people get back in touch with their
own inner calm.
Saturday May 10th, 2-4 PM.

A labyrinth is a spiritual tool. Walkers travel a single, winding path to the center of the design, pause for reflection, and follow the same path back out. Come learn about the use of labyrinths from ancient times through modern day, including labyrinths in India. A labyrinth will be created on the yoga room floor. After walking the labyrinth, participants can journal and share. The program will be presented by Jane Marie Clipman a Psychology Instructor at Franklin & Marshall College and Millersville University. She has facilitated labyrinth seminars for school, community, and professional groups, and has conducted research on the benefits of labyrinth walking. Jane Marie is also a certified yoga instructor trained at the Himalayan Institute. Sunday May 18th 7 – 9 PM.
Cost: $20.00.
SMALL CHANGE combines support group, nutrition tips, yoga and self-hypnosis in one weekly session at one place for one price! You make one small change a week and magic happens. It’s totally natural, easy to remember, and even easier to do. And wonderfully relaxing. The bonus is that you leave feeling better than you’ve felt in ages. Free of stress. Body, mind and spirit refreshed. In this program you will receive nutrition tips, make one small change a week, share ideas on how to make your change fit into YOUR life , do a Guided Visualization session to retrain your subconscious and practice a satisfying yoga session that gently stimulates all body systems. This program includes a yoga class of your choice, however the Monday 6 PM Gentle Yoga class is recommended.

Embodyment Yoga Therapy is a gentle "hands on healing" technique which focuses on the spine. The therapy is designed to release deep seated layers of tension that are stored in the body, sometimes for years on end. Each session is private which allows for individual needs.
