Welcome to The Yoga Place
The Yoga Place is a friendly community dedicated to helping others find well-being, peace of mind and healing. We offer classes in yoga, meditation, and strength training. As a hybrid studio, classes and private yoga are taught in person or on zoom. Our Life Coaching, Grief Recovery and Yoga Therapy sessions are also provided in person or through zoom. Make your wellbeing a priority and let us help you find inner peace and balance.

Where are we?
We our located in the Bergstasse Lutheran Church at 9 Hahnstown Road, Ephrata. We have our own entrance in the lower level and a large parking lot. The spacious studio is quiet with natural light. We would be happy to have you visit and see if our peaceful community is a fit for you.
